A few screenshots from “Refinery”, the multiplayer map from “Insurgency Sandstorm”, a first person shooter by “New World Interactive”.
I was responsible for the primary visual-art pass of the whole map and a lot of world building, but also optimization and minor game-play passes.
Areas shown on the screenshots, I took from block-out to final art.
Created all of architectural and environmental modular assets from the screenshots.
Created various props that can be seen on the screenshots such as: fences, oil tanks, oil towers, electricity-light poles, sandbags, concrete barriers, jack pumps, modular pipes and shacks.
Shout out to amazing NWI and all the team effort, talent and passion that has been put into this map.
